These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 1111de platform, including all betting, gaming, account, bonus, and payment services. By registering an account or using any part of the 1111de platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1111de ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1111de website, mobile interface, and all associated betting and gaming services available at 1111de.net and its subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").
By creating a 1111de account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
1111de reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative text. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between different versions of these Terms, the English text prevails. The Platform is operated in the English language and all binding communications between 1111de and its users are conducted in English.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fair play, transparency, and good faith as applied in the context of online gaming operations. 1111de operates as a safe and reliable platform under SSL encryption and fair play certified standards. No specific jurisdictional claim is made regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body, and users are responsible for verifying the legality of online betting in their own jurisdiction before registering.
Language of Agreement
The authoritative language of these Terms is English. All customer communications, dispute resolutions, bonus conditions, and account notices are issued in English. Users who require assistance understanding any provision of these Terms may contact 1111de support at [email protected].
Using any part of the 1111de platform — including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, or making a deposit — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. No separate written signature is required.
1111de may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" shown in the hero section of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Always check this page before making significant account actions.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to the 1111de platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum. 1111de does not permit gambling by individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party, business, or commercial entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 1111de or any of its technology or games supply partners.
- You have not been self-excluded from the 1111de platform or placed under a cooling-off period that remains in effect at the time of attempted access.
- You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a way that simulates human play or extracts data at scale.
- The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Age Verification
1111de reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account use, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any point where the Platform has reasonable grounds to question a user's age or identity. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.
Where an account is found to belong to a user under 18 years of age, 1111de will immediately suspend the account without notice, void any pending bets or active game sessions, and return the net deposited funds (minus any amounts already withdrawn) to the payment method originally used. Any bonuses credited to the account will be forfeited in full.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including 1111de. If you are aware that a minor has accessed the 1111de platform using your credentials or payment methods, please contact [email protected] immediately.
1111de enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 years for all registered users. Age verification may be requested before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts confirmed to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately with no appeal.

Account Registration & Management
To access betting, gaming, and financial services on 1111de, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and kept up to date.
One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1111de platform at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, different mobile numbers, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 1111de detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.
Account Credentials and Security
Upon registration, you will create a unique password for your 1111de account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1111de will never contact you requesting your password, OTP code, or full payment PIN by email, phone call, or any other channel. Any such contact should be reported to support immediately as it may indicate a phishing attempt.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 1111de support at [email protected] immediately. 1111de will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification of a suspected breach.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
1111de may require users to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of an acceptable identity document and may require a selfie or a secondary document confirming your registered address. KYC documents are processed securely and stored in encrypted form. Full details of our data handling practices are described in the 1111de Privacy Policy.

Operating more than one 1111de account is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and their balances forfeited, regardless of whether bonuses or real-money funds are involved.
Deposits & Withdrawals
1111de processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion fees, and no hidden charges applied by 1111de on standard deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are subject to the limits and conditions described in this section.
Deposits
Deposits may be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The standard maximum deposit per transaction via mobile wallet is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available for verified accounts on request. Deposits are typically credited to your 1111de balance in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1111de does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The mobile wallet or card used for deposit must be registered in the name of the 1111de account holder. Deposits received from a payment method not matching the registered account name may be refunded and the account may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 2–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9 AM–6 PM BST, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside of these hours are processed on the next available business day, typically within 12 hours.
Before processing any withdrawal, 1111de may require the user to complete KYC identity verification if this has not previously been completed. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active and subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be placed on hold until those requirements are met. If a user elects to withdraw while wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
Transaction Disputes
In the event of a disputed transaction — including deposits not credited or withdrawals not received — you must notify 1111de support within 7 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All transaction records are logged by 1111de and, where relevant, by the payment service provider. 1111de will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

1111de does not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, payment accounts held in a name other than the registered 1111de account holder. All payment methods must match the registered account identity.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
1111de offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and BPL season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a 1111de account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited in BDT to the player's bonus balance following successful deposit. The exact bonus percentage and qualifying deposit threshold are displayed on the promotional materials at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The standard wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited in full without compensation.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse
1111de actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: depositing solely to claim bonuses with no genuine play intent, using bonus funds to place low-risk or balanced bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1111de reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Promotion Amendments
1111de reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the credited bonus will remain valid under its original terms unless there is evidence of abuse or error.

Attempting to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play, low-risk hedging, or multi-accounting will result in bonus forfeiture and potential permanent account closure. All accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on the 1111de platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or virtual sports. These product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Sports Betting
Sports betting on 1111de covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. 1111de reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts, limit market availability, or suspend betting on any event at its discretion. In-play betting markets are subject to additional volatility and may be suspended during live events for operational reasons.
In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or any other irregular event outcome, 1111de will apply the void and settlement rules applicable to the relevant market. These rules are displayed within the sports betting lobby. Where the rules do not explicitly address an unusual outcome, 1111de's settlement decision is final and binding.
Casino and Slots
All casino games and slot titles on the 1111de platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification means that each individual game outcome is statistically independent of all prior outcomes and generated by a mathematically fair algorithm. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server disconnection, game engine error, or network interruption during an active game round — 1111de will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the outcome of the interrupted round using available logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the player's balance. 1111de is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control.
Bet Cancellation and Void Bets
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 1111de system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player except in limited circumstances explicitly provided for in the product rules. Void bets — where the entire stake is returned — occur only in defined circumstances such as event cancellation, settlement error, or system malfunction as described above.
All slot, table, and crash game outcomes on 1111de are generated by independently certified RNG algorithms. No outcome is influenced by prior results, player identity, account balance, or any external factor. Game fairness is a non-negotiable standard at 1111de.
BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches are covered with live in-play markets. Settlement follows the applicable match-specific rules displayed in the betting lobby at time of bet placement.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of 1111de, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Attempting to access the Platform while under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, including by registering a new account.
- Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or extract data from it.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
- Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in the Platform's games or odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are not payable and will be voided.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1111de staff or other users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits or self-exclusion, through the creation of secondary accounts.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing any access restrictions applicable to the Platform.
Where 1111de reasonably suspects a breach of these obligations, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately pending investigation, withhold any pending withdrawal, and retain any balance where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed. Legal action may be pursued in cases involving financial crime or large-scale fraud.
1111de operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and match manipulation. Any account found to be involved in these activities will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either the user or 1111de may initiate account closure at any time. The conditions and consequences of closure differ depending on whether it is initiated voluntarily by the user or by 1111de for cause.
Voluntary Closure by the User
If you wish to close your 1111de account, you may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and a request for account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any real-money balance above ৳500 will be paid out to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.
Closure by 1111de for Cause
1111de reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested; confirmed underage gambling; operation of multiple accounts; or any other conduct that 1111de reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
Where an account is closed by 1111de for cause, the disposition of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited pending investigation. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 7 business days.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including a concern that gambling is becoming a problem — may request a self-exclusion via [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be fully locked and no access will be permitted, including via new account registration. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 1111de will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee or closure process. Dormant account balances will be preserved for a minimum of 24 months from the last recorded login. Users wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Include your registered mobile number. Your real-money balance (above ৳500) will be returned before closure is finalised.
Responsible gaming closure requests are given the highest processing priority — above all other support enquiries. If gambling is affecting your wellbeing, contact us immediately. Your account will be locked within 24 hours of your request.
